Scripting is one of the most powerful manifestation methods. Here's the most powerful way to practice it.
This manifestation method refers to the practice of journaling your desires as though you already have them. You could be journaling about your perfect day in your dream career, the freedom you felt while shopping because of your financial freedom, or about the love you felt while on a date with your SP.
This idealistic script may not seem accurate compared to your physical reality, but you write it in past tense, nonetheless.
These things aren't desires. They're already yours.
This is called scripting.
Scripting your perfect life manifests the events into your physical reality in 2 ways.
1. Scripting your ideal life or a dream experience in the past tense rewires your subconscious.
When you repeatedly write about something as if it has already occurred, when in your physical reality it hasn't, your subconscious mind goes into a state in which it works tirelessly to make your physical reality match what you've written. Afterall, you've just told your subconscious that your life is one way that it is physically not (yet). This is not okay to your subconscious. Your subconscious must reconcile this. And your subconscious will not stop until your physical reality matches the reality you are describing to it every day.
2. As you increase your focus on your wildest desires, you raise your vibration to match the vibration of those wildest desires.
According to the Law of Attraction, like attracts life. By journaling the exact life you want day by day, you are raising your vibration to the same frequency of these experiences.
"But what if scripting hasn't work for me?"
We all have our doubts about our ability to manifest, especially in the beginning. In fact, it's part of our human nature. It's not something to stress over.
There are 3 main reasons you may find scripting ineffective.
Lack of Specificity
"The Law of Attraction reacts spastically to uncertain messages, so we must know exactly what we want and commit ourselves to vibrating these feeling." -Andrew Kap
When our scripts lack specificity, we don't really give Universal Law that much to work with. As Andrew Kap writes, half-hearted commitment yields half-hearted responses. When you dream up your scripts, be ridiculously detailed. Ridiculously specific. Specific about every single scene you create, person you desire, and outcome you plan for yourself. Detail what you're feeling, what you're wearing, what you're thinking in these scenes. And as you script, feel what this version of you is feeling. Bringing us to reason number two.
You Script the Thing Without the Feeling
Some things feel more difficult to manifest. For instance, many find it difficult to manifest money. One reason for this may be the lack of specificity mentioned above. (You script about money, but do you write exactly how much?)
Another reason, however, is that we often don't really want money. It's not the actual money we want - it's what the money will do for us. We want the feeling of financial freedom, because we want to feel free of stress and worry. We want the money to buy a plane ticket to experience this.
This doesn't mean you can't script about the money. Just remember to script the thing, focusing on the feelings and emotions it brings. Again, specificity is your best friend here.
Since we're discussing feeling while scripting, the last reason your scripting may be ineffective is you simply have negative feelings about it.
You Don't Enjoy the Process
The truth of scripting is that if you don't enjoy doing it, it won't be that effective. Why? Remember one of the two ways scripting manifests a new reality for us? It raises our vibrations to match the frequency of our manifestations' vibrations.
Naturally, when we don't experience the positive thoughts and feelings that come with what we're scripting because we're not enjoying the process, we don't yield the results.
How do you solve this?
Script when you feel like it, for as long as you feel like it. If you're just beginning your journey, scripting can feel like a chore. Don't allow yourself to build negative feelings for the process. Simply give yourself grace and start where you can.
Maybe for you this looks like scripting on paragraph in the morning. Maybe it's sometimes not even that much. But write as much as you can before you begin feeling tired or bored. Even if these negative feelings arrive in the middle of a sentence, it's better to stop when you stop feeling good as opposed to forcing yourself to finish a sentence.
As you respect the breaks you need through this process (and see the results from it begin to manifest), you will begin to increase your love for this practice and naturally find yourself more inclined to do it more and for longer periods of time.
